Giving Seller Feedback

After making a purchase you will be able to rate the seller and your experience. We designed this feature to promote trust between buyers and sellers. We encourage you to give praise to outstanding sellers or honest feedback when necessary. Giving seller feedback promotes great sellers and helps us ensure we have the most trustworthy merchants.

Step 1
Point your browser to https://apps.facebook.com/payvment/page/orderhistory. Click "view" on the item you purchased.

 Step 2
 Go to the "Give Seller Feedback" section and answer the questions listed. Enter any comments in the feedback box and click "Submit".

Step 3
A confirmation screen will appear. Please note: Once you click "Submit" you will not be able to change your feedback. Click "Submit".

Step 4
You are all finished! You will now see your feedback listed.
