Since the notice came up about the new Payvment dashboard, I haven't been able to get into my dashboard. I have new products to load but can't. What's up?

How do I turn "preview mode" off ?? When I try I get this message
Well I have a problem went to preview mode and want to set it to off and it says it was done successfully but no one can use the shop button on my page how is this fixed and am I missing something?????? have everything entered and need it working
I am trying to go to preview mode to turn it off but it gave me an error message: "Sorry, we had a problem. Please try again." What should I do???
Just out of curiosity, can we see a yearly package added? $29.95 is a bit over the top when it comes to the small changes from the free to paid. If a yearly isn't going to be added can we see the price drop between $15.95 and $19.95 ?
